Eligibility for Returns

You may return your Beauty Secret DR-PRO device within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that shipping fees may be non-refundable.

Warranty and Repair

Warranty Coverage

The Beauty Secret DR-PRO device is covered by a one-year limited warranty, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failures resulting from normal use and excludes consumables and accessories.

Repair Terms

Within Warranty Period: Repairs are provided free of charge for issues due to normal use. Shipping charges may apply.
After Warranty Period: Repairs can still be requested after the warranty period has expired but will incur a cost, along with any necessary shipping fees.

Warranty Claims

To request a repair under warranty, please provide:

The original warranty card (included with the product) with the date and place of purchase.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or statement showing the date of purchase.

Product Handling and Safety Warnings

For safe and optimal use of the Beauty Secret DR-PRO, please adhere to the following:

Battery Safety: Avoid using or storing the device near fire or in direct sunlight due to the lithium battery.
Water Exposure: The device is not fully waterproof; do not submerge it in water for more than one minute to prevent damage.
Damage or Abnormalities: If the device shows signs of smoke, odor, abnormal heating, or damage, immediately stop using it. For any skin reactions, consult a doctor.
Other Precautions: Do not use the device with a damaged AC adapter or in high-temperature areas, and avoid contact with wet hands.
